Our Client:
A well-established leader in the automotive industry, specializing in premium products and customer satisfaction, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their customer service team. This 6-month temporary role is ideal for someone looking to transition into a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering customer calls, processing orders in Salesforce, and assisting with inquiries
- Liaising with logistics, sales, and pricing teams for order support and delivery
- Processing invoices with the finance team
- Responding to emails and meeting response time and quality KPIs
- Assisting with increased demand during Black Friday and other peak periods
About you:
- Previous contact center experience (automotive or tire industry experience a plus, but not required)
- Proficiency with Salesforce is desirable, though not essential; familiarity with MS Teams and Outlook required
- A friendly, calm, and professional demeanor, able to handle customer issues smoothly
- Ability to commence ASAP!
