Role Purpose:
The position is responsible for sourcing and managing candidates within specific industry sectors, ensuring a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future client needs. You will also provide sales administration support for your team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Management:
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with candidates.
- Conduct screening, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding activities.
- Manage candidate check-in calls and visits.
- Partner with universities, TAFEs, and RTOs to establish talent pipelines.
- Initiate sourcing activities, including job postings, networking, and referrals.
2. Deliver High-Quality Service:
- Provide compliant candidates to the consulting team.
- Ensure efficient processes from application to work readiness.
- Collaborate with consultants to attract, engage, and retain candidates.
- Participate in team meetings to share knowledge and insights.
3. Administrative Support:
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks to support team goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
- Monitor and follow up on compliance and reference checks.
