About Your New Role:

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, a dynamic and supportive leader, you’ll be responsible for:
- Serving as the main point of contact for both internal and external project customers
- Addressing customer inquiries, requests, and resolving complaints
- Processing sales orders, returns, and credits as necessary
- Managing customer forward orders and backorders
- Keeping customers informed about upcoming promotions and stock availability
- Responding to stock availability and pricing questions

About You:
- Ideally, you have 3+ years of experience working with SAP
- You’re passionate, results-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in customer service or order processing roles is essential
