Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring all interactions meet or exceed performance standards.
- Offer professional, courteous, and positive support to customers and internal teams, fostering strong working relationships.
- Resolve enquiries at the first point of contact whenever possible, and efficiently escalate or redirect as needed.
- Utilise internal knowledge management systems to provide accurate, up-to-date information and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Log and track service requests to ensure timely resolution and accurate record-keeping.
- Process payments and transactions with accuracy, maintaining proper documentation and compliance with procedures.
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and proactively address potential challenges.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a high-volume environment.
- Previous experience working in government is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
