Your New Role:
In your role as the Customer Service Representative, you will report to a supportive Manager and collaborate with a friendly and diverse team, with a primary focus on product and store education, guidance and providing a 5 star customer experience.
Your Main Duties:
- Telephone and email enquiries
- Handling customer escalations
- Providing store and product information to customers
- Adhoc administration
- Assisting with order ETA’s

About You:
- Experience in a similar Customer Service role
- Must hold Citizenship or a permanent visa
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner
