Join a growing trade industry business as a Customer Service Representative, contributing to its expanding operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Kingsgrove, with work hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Overtime rates apply for additional hours worked, including some rotating Saturday shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, delivering exceptional service
- Schedule and coordinate jobs using ServiceM8
- Follow up on quotes with technicians and customers
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism
- Maintain team communication via WhatsApp and call systems
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a customer service representative (trade industry experience preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and ServiceM8 (preferred but not essential)
- Professional, positive, and solutions-focused attitude
