Due to internal promotion an opportunity for two Customer Service Representatives in a temporary capacity have become available with the view to move to permanent.
Your New Role
Reporting to the NSW State Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers. Your duties will include:

- Providing quotes for products and repairs
- Seeking quotes from third party providers
- Receiving and booking in customer repairs
- Liaising with freight companies to ensure products are delivered promptly
- Other office administration duties as required

About You
- Previous Customer Service, Administration, Order Processing or Sales Administration experience
- Previous experience using an ERP will be highly regarded
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Australian Citizen
