Our Client
Our client, a global leader in construction materials and aggregates, is renowned for its commitment to customers and the environment. Due to an increased number of exciting projects across Sydney, an opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Representative to join their fast-paced and dynamic team in their Bella Vista office.
Your New Role
As part of the Customer Service team, you’ll report to the Supervisor and handle a high volume of calls, assist with orders and product inquiries, and collaborate with the delivery team to ensure timely order fulfillment. You’ll work a rotating roster from 5:30am to 5:30pm, including some Saturdays.

About You
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Centre, Scheduling, Service Coordinator roles
- Proven high attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
