Your New Role
Provide courteous, prompt and efficient service to internal and external customers on the telephone and personally.
Answer inquiries and provide advice on products.
Your Responsibilities:

- Entering, updating and changing orders in SAP as per the LEG Sales Order Processing SLA Policy.
- Liaising with the sales team, internal and external customers
- Dealing with customer orders including stock, invoicing, delivery dates, etc
- Utilising multiple programs/systems to assist with delivery follow ups, ETA determination, etc
- Refer all special pricing enquiries to the Sales Rep or branch.
- Handling customer’s complaints in a professional manner.
- Assisting accounts department
- Filing documents.
- Ad-hoc general support to the division.
- Working in the WA office

• Accurate data entry skills

• PC skills in work processing and spreadsheet
• Excel knowledge and call centre environment knowledge advantageous
