About the role:
Our team is currently pipelining and shortlisting for full-time customer service call centre opportunities. In this role you will be responsible for taking inbound calls whilst providing exceptional first point of contact for members and policy holders.
This can be an amazing opportunity for someone from a retail/hospitality/customer service background looking to propel to the next level and join a reputable organisation who have a great name in the industry for their phenomenal team culture, support and training.

Monday - Saturday roster 7am-7pm (weekends on rotation)

Your skills & experience:
Experience in customer service - call centre desirable
Hospitality and Retail experience encouraged
Ability to navigate dual screens
Intermediate computer literacy and high attention to detail
Be open and eager to learn new process and new systems
Strong communication skills and proven experience in negotiation and managing difficult calls
Be adaptable and agile in their learning style as well as efficient and motivated to deliver results
Previous exposure to insurance and claims (Motor and Property would be advantageous)
Key Accountabilities:
Taking high volume inbound calls from members and policy holders
Provide customers with optimal customer service including quality and timely decisions
Develop specific knowledge around products and policy services
Manage policies and procedures and meet legislative and business requirements
