Job Opportunity: Front of House Customer Service Representative and Team leader
We are looking for a friendly and reliable individual to join our team as a Front of House Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and ensuring they have a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional manner.
- Answer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Handle bookings, payments, or other transactions as needed.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Managing a roster.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Experience managing a team

- Attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable using basic computer systems.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not essential.
