They are on the lookout for a Customer Service Officer to join their vibrant team in Rocklea.

The Role:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will deliver exceptional service to new and existing accounts, focusing on account maintenance, dispute resolution, and administrative support. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers and play a pivotal role in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer complaints and enquiries, escalating major issues as needed.
- Maintain the Waste Issues Register (WIR) and process credit requests accurately.
- Update customer information and coordinate bookings, service variations, and ad-hoc requests using Salesforce and WastEdge.
- Work with sales and operations teams to address customer needs effectively.
- Assign new business leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Provide coverage for the Customer Service Supervisor or Sales Manager when required.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has:
- Prior experience in customer service and administration, ideally within logistics or transport.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce (preferred but not essential).
- The ability to start immediately and work full-time hours.
