Key Responsibilities

• Accurately handle customer enquiries, requests, complaints, and applications, ensuring satisfaction and escalating issues only when necessary
• Promote online services and act as a positive and professional ambassador at all times
• Accurately process applications, payments, and transactions in line with organisational policies
• Participate in mobile customer service stalls, including setup and risk assessments
• Ensure a safe, professional, and welcoming customer service environment

Essential Criteria:

• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Proven experience in a high volume, multi channel customer service role
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on first-contact resolution
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex information clearly
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and adapt to changing requirements
• Proficiency in using multiple computer systems and databases

Desirable Criteria:

• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate IV in Call Centre or Administration)
• Ability to speak a second language
• Class C driver’s license
