Hourly Rate: $37.36 + Super (excluding GST)
Contract Length: 12-month assignment with the possibility of extension
Full-Time Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Start Date: ASAP, pending clearances
Providing frontline customer service to participants
Supporting administrative processes and data entry
Engaging with participants, their families, and support networks
Ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures
Collaborating with team members and internal stakeholders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and organisational ability
Experience in administration or customer service (government experience advantageous)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, participant-focused environment
Adaptability, empathy, and a professional attitude
Australian Citizenship is required
Must be willing to undergo pre-employment screening including:
National Criminal History Records Check
