The Customer Care Officer, integral to our clients Customer Care Team, serves as the initial touch-point for their community across various channels like in-person, phone, and email. Prioritising a seamless customer experience, the role emphasises swift issue resolution while maintaining consistency and excellence in service delivery.
About you
We're looking for motivated individuals dedicated to delivering excellent customer service as they expand their newly established contact centre. Enthusiasm and commitment are essential qualities for joining their team.
Skills and Experience
... - Communication skills: Effective verbal communication to interact with customers professionally and resolve their inquiries.
- Customer service orientation: Ability to understand and address customer needs promptly and courteously.

What’s on offer
- 1 Full time 2 year fixed term contract
- $77,000+ super
- Half day off every fortnight
What's required
- Availability to work 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (No weekend work)
- Drivers Licence
- Ability to provide a current police check
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
