We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented individuals to join our clients team as a Customer Service Officer. In this diverse role, you will support the vehicle services team by assessing and issuing Notices and Permits, scheduling traffic escort services, and conducting route assessments. Your responsibilities will also include providing expert advice to customers, assisting with planning road access, and continuously improving operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and issue Notices and Permits
- Provide advice to customers and resolve complex inquiries with the support of technical officer
- Provide advice and assistance to the Helpdesk in attending and resolving customer enquiries
- Accurately record customer/stakeholder details, issues, feedback, and complaints
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Helpdesk information systems, practices, documents, and manuals.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills to assist and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Ability to assess complex situations and offer solutions to ensure timely processing and customer satisfaction.
- Effective time management to handle multiple task
- Ability to work well with internal teams, external stakeholders, and technical officers.
- Willingness to contribute to the continuous improvement of practices, processes, and customer service.
