About the role
On offer are multiple short term customer service contracts within the State Government. Assignments from 4 weeks - 3 months.
... - Pay Rates $37 per hour + superannuation
- Full time hours Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
You will provide a high level of customer service and will be required to interact with customers and provide support for general enquiries and assist where needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism
- Analysing and interpreting legislation
- Assess applications against criteria
- Navigate through multiple screens and programs whilst being on the phone
- Generate and maintain appropriate records and documentation
- Undertake information and records management processes, updates and reviews
About you:
- Contact centre and/or customer service experience
- Data entry skills - ability to quickly and accurately enter data into the system
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone manner
- Able to articulate regulation and legislation
Requirements:
- A valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check within the last 12 months is MANDATORY to be considered for this role.
- Available for immediate start
