Customer Service - Merchant Banker
We are seeking a Merchant Banker for a six-month contract in Kings Meadows, TAS. This role offers an hourly rate of $35.86 + super and an excellent opportunity to work with one of Australia’s leading financial institutions.
About the Role
As a Merchant Banker, you will be part of our client's Merchant Business Operations contact centre, providing help desk support to clients with EFTPOS facilities. You will play a key role in assisting high-value customers, offering technical support and managing time-critical payment issues via Corporate Online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline technical support to customers using EFTPOS facilities.
- Assist Commercial customers with payment processing and troubleshooting.
- Resolve time-sensitive payment issues with accuracy and efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced banking environment.
About You:
- Experience in banking, financial services, or a help desk support role.
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with Corporate Online or similar banking platforms (preferred).
