This role will involve:
- Customer service
- Issue resolution
- Processing customer orders
- Mitigating with operations team to achieve DIFOT, provide accurate proactive ETA & resolve issues
- Order confirmation to the customer
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Managing service and supply for a portfolio of client accounts
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated customer service and sales experience in a similar role - essential
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes and CRM systems
- Exceptional and personable communication skills
- High resilience to working under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi task and manage time effectively
- Fun, vibrant, self motivated personality
- Enjoys issue resolution and problem solving
- Comfortable with taking inbound calls and working with reasonable KPI's
About you:
- Experience in customer service
- Proven success in meeting KPI's - highly desirable
- Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Ability to learn quickly
- Reliable
Please note these roles will be commencing February 3rd 2025 and will be 8am-4pm Mon-Fri on-going. To be considered, you must be available to commence a new role on this date and able to pass a police check.
