Your new role
As a service consultant your key contribution will be to provide top notch customer service to new and existing customers. You will be a critical link between the company and its customers and make sure they are being appropriately looked after.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
... - Deliver a customer centric service to all stakeholders, through a mix of inbound calls and online platforms
- Proactively manage your portfolio of advisers while supporting your colleagues to deliver an outstanding end-to-end service to each customer
- Onboard new advisers to write new business and build lasting relationships
Your skills and experience
- Ideally you will have at least 1 year of customer service/call centre experience in the finance/insurance sector
- You have the natural ability and desire to help others and are passionate about providing excellent service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills should be second nature to you
- You are known for your attention to detail, time management and resilience
