Randstad is currently seeking a customer service consultant to join a valued client in Adelaide. The role is offering full time hours (monday - friday) in a service centre environment. - Handle all inbound and outbound calls in relation to the status of a matter
- Booking of settlements
- Managing expectations of clients and external stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service by going over and above to meet client requirements on a daily basis
- Take ownership of your client base
Skills and experience
Our client is looking for someone with previous experience in a contact centre environment or customer service.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service with a passion for servicing clients
- Ability to work in a high pressure, high volume work environment ensuring deadline are met
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong data entry skills
- Strong PC skills and ability to work on computer-based applications
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Can do attitude, Proactive and Self-managed
- Team player attitude and have excellent work ethic
Key Requirements
- Full time role - Mon to Fri
- Office Based - Adelaide CBD
- Australian Citizens / Permanent residents only
