About the Role:
As a Customer Service Consultant you will work within a friendly and supportive team-oriented environment providing a high quality first point of contact for customers and ensure they receive the best possible care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting inbound customers with general queries via phone while maintaining a first call resolution focus.
- Providing helpful and informative advice to customers regarding relevant financial services products.
- Proactively liaising with internal stakeholders through appropriate channels.
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance with established guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborating effectively within a team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Working Hours: Rotating roster Mon - Fri, 8.00am-8.00pm. This role requires you in the office 3 days per week however flexibility is also provided.
Skills and Experience:
Our client is looking for someone with previous experience in a contact centre environment or customer service. If you bring experience in financial services or are a recent graduate looking to make your first step, we encourage you to apply!
- Experience working in a contact centre or corporate customer service environment.
- Previous experience in a financial services setting would be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail is crucial.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
