My client is a recognised leader in airline transportation. We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Remediation Officer to join the team on a temp contract up until May 2025 based in Collingwood
Reporting to the Customer Remediation Team Leader, this position will require the highest level of Customer Service provided to customers around Australia
This role will be working from the Collingwood head office, Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm. Please note this is not a work-from-home position
Key responsibilities:
- Providing customer service via phone/email to seek information, advise of case outcomes, and negotiate resolutions
- Work to resolve escalated complaints within set timeframes
- Applying appropriate judgment to cases to ensure that a positive outcome is achieved and in alignment with policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- 12 months experience in a customer service remediation position
- Experience in the travel industry will be highly regarded
- Salesforce (CRM) experience & New Skies software is an advantage
- High levels of empathy and strong multitasker
- High level verbal and written communication skills are essential
