Job Summary:
Our client is looking for a highly skilled Customer Care Consultant to provide top-tier service to the Australian and New Zealand communities. As part of the team, you will manage a high volume of inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism. Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information will be crucial in this key role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries on the first contact
- Collaborate closely with a team of Service Agents to ensure consistent and high-quality service
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while handling critical and sensitive customer data
- Participate in ongoing training to continuously enhance skills and knowledge
