Crew Leader – Civil Infrastructure Maintenance

About the Role:

• Supervise and lead a small team to deliver maintenance and construction activities.
• Apply knowledge of civil engineering practices, particularly in roads and drainage.
• Perform manual tasks with a strong focus on safety.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, and ratepayers.
• Handle administrative tasks and adapt to new technologies.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience managing teams and delivering operational activities.
• Certificate III in Civil Construction (mandatory for progression).
• MR Class Driver’s Licence and Construction Induction Card (current).
• High-risk dogging (DG) licence and Traffic Management Implementation licence (or willingness to obtain).
