About the Role
Are you passionate about coaching and training? We are seeking an experienced Banking Coach for a 6 month contract who will work closely with a client consulting and advisory team to lead and drive a frontline uplift project within a major Australian bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach frontline sales teams at a major bank in consumer credit card benefits, proposition and sales triggers across branches and call centres
- Identify and implement frontline capability uplift initiatives, including training support.
- Analyse sales data to understand opportunities across branch locations.
- Build trusted relationships with product, branch and call centre stakeholders to effectively implement changes
- Work cross-functionally with product and retail teams to drive growth initiatives.
About You:
- To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- 5+ years of experience in banking, across leadership or coaching
- A strong background in consumer credit cards, sales, or frontline banking.
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- A passion for driving growth and delivering impactful change initiatives.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to travel between head office and branches
