• Part-time Credit Analyst – Moonee Ponds
  $35 per hour | Immediate Start | 20 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently structure, lodge, and manage finance applications through to settlement.
• Assess clients’ financial positions, borrowing capacity, and servicing capabilities.
• Negotiate with lenders to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Analyze and interpret complex financial documents, especially for self-employed clients.
• Work closely with clients and the loan administration team to ensure smooth application completion.

About You:

• At least 2 years of experience in mortgage broking or credit analysis.
• Strong understanding of complex finance calculations and credit principles.
• Experience with various platforms and strong proficiency in financial analysis.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Diploma or Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking) are highly regarded.
• Exceptional communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
