Your Role
As a Corporate Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing corporate accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and driving business growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and market share objectives across allocated accounts
- Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers
- Maintain and grow business in both corporate and non-corporate accounts
- Adopt and perform KPIs within CRM
- Identify and develop sales opportunities to maximize growth
- Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to relevant departments
- Collaborate with the marketing team on national meetings and trade events
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Share insights and knowledge with the Australian team
- Manage consignment stock and ensure timely replenishment
- Address customer complaints within 24 hours and complete necessary paperwork
- Follow up on evaluation samples within one week of dispatch
- Monitor and assess market trends that impact sales
- Achieve sales forecasts for the designated territory
What You Bring
- Previous experience selling medical devices
- Previous managerial experience (highly regarded)
- Strong commercial drive and financial acumen
- Positive attitude with a growth mindset
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
