Randstad is currently seeking multiple Contracts Managers, to drive additional value and outcomes from existing agreements with long term suppliers. In all roles, you will have the ability to assess current contractor performance, while approaching conversations and relationships with an open mind - using your inquisitive nature to challenge the status quo and use your contracts management skills to deliver noticeable improvements.
Opportunities include:
Contracts Team Leader (services) 140 - 150k + super dependent on experience
Contracts Admin (projects) circa 120k + super permanent, or $75 per hour + super contract
Contracts Manager (goods) circa 115k + super dependant on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage contract budgets, ensuring cost control, forecasting, and timely updates
- Develop and implement pricing structures and strategies for contracts - ensure that all pricing mechanisms are competitive in line with market
- Review contract terms and conditions to mitigate risk, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Propose revisions and improvements where necessary
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and suppliers to troubleshoot issues and minimise their recurrence
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field beneficial
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on budget management, pricing mechanisms, and contract terms and conditions
- Extensive experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts
- In-depth knowledge of terms and conditions, with an ability to identify and mitigate risks
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
