An opportunity for a Contracts Administrator is now available to join a leading team based in Adelaide. In this role, the successful applicant will play a crucial part in delivering efficient and timely contractual, commercial, administrative, and procedural support. This position presents an exciting opportunity for individuals aspiring to advance their career.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer contractual and administrative assistance
- Maintain and update contract records
- Provided assistance with the evaluation of tenders and other contractual documents
- Assist in fulfilling ad hoc customer requests, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with internal fleet deliveries, registrations and renewals
- Process invoices and support the remediation of infringements
Selection Criteria
- Preferred tertiary qualifications in supply chain or business administration or relevant experience
- Prior experience in administration within manufacturing, or government sectors is advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills coupled with a proactive approach and strong organisational abilities
- Proficient in analytical thinking, negotiation, prioritisation, and fostering customer relations
