Contract Manager
About the role:
Randstad has multiple opportunities for Senior Contracts Officers and Contract Managers across various sites in the Perth market. In these roles, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing procurement contracts that involve moderate to high levels of risk.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing intricate and high-stakes contracts, as well as in the creation of contract formation, tender documentation, evaluation processes, and procurement planning.
- Provides specialist advice on complex contract development and contract management issues.
- Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, encompassing all tasks primarily associated with contracts.
- Ability to oversee the development of contract formation, request for tender, contract extensions and variations.
- Leading critical tender negotiations, analysing quotes and tenders for evaluations.
- Ability to provide an open mindset and new ideas for practical solutions on complex problems.
- Providing a high level of stakeholder engagement with internal customers, and demonstrating superior relationship management and influencing skills with external parties.
Key requirements include:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in working within complex contracts.
- Tertiary qualifications (in conjunction with relevant experience) will be highly regarded.
- Excellence in verbal and written communication and stakeholder engagement.
- This position is located in Perth, Western Australia and must have current working rights.
