Randstad's Procurement, Contracts, and Supply Chain team in Melbourne is seeking a contract manager for a government organisation. In this part-time role (3 days per week), you will manage end-to-end contract management and vendor relationships for ICT contracts on a 4-month fixed term.
Reporting to the group's manager, you will support the tech team by overseeing supplier management, ensuring compliance, and optimising the organisation's technology infrastructure.
Your role:
- Lead vendor negotiations and manage key supplier relationships
- End to end contract management
- Implement and monitor vendor governance and contract frameworks
- Oversee digital asset lifecycles, renewals, and audits
- Track and report on vendor performance and service level agreements
- Ensure compliance with risk and audit processes
You will bring:
- Proven experience in vendor/contract management in a tech environment
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
