Our client is looking for a Contract Manager to join their growing team within the SA State Government and support the ongoing management of critical supply contracts. This role will make an impact by driving commercial outcomes that support the broader community, through the implementation and management of contract management activities and strategies.

Other responsibilities include:
- Providing advice and hands-on support for various critical contracts
- Developing, implementing and maintaining comprehensive contract management plans
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Monitoring contract and supplier performance
- Advise on the development of tender specifications
The suitable candidate will possess the following:
- Experience acting as a Contract Manager, Officer, Advisor, Administrator, or similar
- Demonstrated knowledge of contract management principals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience building successful relationships with diverse stakeholders
- State government experience is desired
The successful candidate will either hold, or be willing to obtain, a Working With Children Check. The position will be awarded at the ASO5 or ASO6 level, depending on the successful candidate's experience level.
