Contracts Administrator
Randstad is currently working with a large company in the energy sector. Due to an internal promotion, they are seeking a Contracts Administrator on a permanent basis.
This is a role where you will be able to achieve outcomes on projects that truly add value. You will work alongside experienced industry and engineering professionals.
... Key responsibilities:
- Coordination of contract management activities to support the engineering and projects teams, including post execution contracts administration, contract renewal and some set up
- Reporting on contractor performance in multiple areas and identifying trends or opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring governance, performance and WHS metrics are met
The successful applicant will require:
- Tertiary qualifications in business or engineering
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in post tender contract administration
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to provide guidance to stakeholders
- Negotiation abilities and track record of working collaboratively to achieve successful project delivery
