We’re seeking a Contract Administrator with a track record of working on multiple commercial projects in the tier 3 construction market.
Overviews:
Our client has been successfully trading for the last 15 years, working on Education and local government projects valued up to $15M. They are seeking a Contract Administrator with 3-5 experience of working on institutional, government new build and refurb projects. As the suitable candidate, you will be a confident operator, able to negotiate extensions of time, subcontract packages, handle variations, liaise with key stakeholders and attend pcg meetings. A steady track record of employment is preferred, we’re looking for a CA looking to make a long term move, who wants to in time move into project management in the next couple of years.
Duties:
- Manage multiple projects
- Administer head contract agreements
- Able to develop a scope of works
- Experienced in developing and maintaining construction programs
- Prepare subcontract agreements
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years contract admin experience
- Experience of working on commercial projects
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Process driven approach to your work
- First class communication skills are essential
