About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a collaborative, high-performing team and work on meaningful commercial projects across Sydney.
You’ll play a key role in managing contracts from inception to completion - working closely with clients, subcontractors, and your internal project team. You’ll also be client-facing and regularly involved on-site alongside the Site Manager and Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
... Manage and administer project head contracts from start to finish
Prepare and review project documentation: contracts, variations, RFIs, EOTs, procurement, and cost reports
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project budgets and timelines are maintained
Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Resolve contract-related issues and maintain accurate project records
Attend site meetings and work closely with the on-site team to ensure seamless project delivery
About You
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator in the commercial construction sector (residential experience not suitable)
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
Experience with local or state government building projects is highly regarded
Confident working both in the office and on-site, with strong stakeholder engagement skills
Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Cheops, or similar (or a willingness to learn)
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
Full working rights in Australia (visa sponsorship is not available)
A proactive, driven mindset with a focus on client service and teamwork
