What You'll Be Doing
... Prepare and manage subcontractor packages – scopes, procurement, tender comparisons & scheduling
Review, negotiate, and finalise subcontracts
Manage subcontractor claims, variations, and extensions of time
Assist with head contract administration, cost tracking, and reporting
Support progress claims and ensure accurate budget management
Administer RFI processes and documentation flow
What You Need
4+ years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator with a commercial builder or fit-out contractor in Australia
A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or similar
Experience in procurement, budgeting, subcontract negotiation, and cost control
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to multitask effectively
Previous experience with software such as Procore, Jobpac, or Cheops is highly desirable
