The Consultant, Culture & Leadership contributes to programs and initiatives that drive this organisations transformational

strategic organisational development programs, encompassing culture, values, performance, leadership and talent
management and employee listening.
***It is highly desirable for the successful candidate to have experience and involvement in engagement surveys such as the VPSC People Matter Survey***
• Support the Senior Consultants to design, develop and implement Organisational Development,
culture and leadership initiatives that enable organizational strategic priorities. These initiatives may relate to
Culture Strategy, Values, Employee Listening, Performance, Talent & Succession Management, Leadership
strategy and Development programs, and New Ways of Working
• Support line managers and Senior Consultants with respect to emergent cultural transformation and OD needs.
Provide advice and develop proposals to address the issues and needs raised
• Support the development, management and running of events to support culture change programs and
leadership development
• Conduct research, analyse and provide recommendations to ensure program/project design and delivery is
informed by contemporary and innovative methodologies, systems and tools
• Collaborate with other critical enabling areas to enhance the organisations culture across people policy and practices
• Utilise agreed project and change management processes to support successful execution of projects and set up
appropriate evaluation processes, monitoring reports and key measures
• Support management of contracts and payment of specialist external Providers and Consultants relevant to
specific project design and program delivery
• Management and support of compliant internal procurement and tender processes when engaging external
Providers and Consultants
• Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships within People, Culture and Engagement and in the business
• Maintain a continuous improvement approach to existing business as usual services and programs. Review past
programs, anticipate future needs, make recommendations and initiate projects to improve our services that
advance organisation development and strategy
