About the Role
As a Consultant specialising in Capability Service Design, you will collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the successful introduction of a PROTECTED Azure Cloud environment. Your contributions will help streamline processes and deliver high-quality service management outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
... - Develop and deliver comprehensive documentation and artefacts to support Azure Cloud integration, including:
- Capability Service Designs
- Transition into Service artefacts
- Service Integrated Logistic Support Instructions (ILSI)
- Service Acceptance Criteria
- Service Risk Assessments
- System Engineering and Security Plans
- System Master Test documentation
- Change Approval Board documents
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements, develop plans, and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
- Manage service design, service transition, and support responsibilities.
- Engage with service integration projects and provide expertise in service design best practices.
Skills & Experience Required
- 5+ years of experience in Service Design, with a strong technical background in cloud technologies.
- Proven ability to develop and manage stakeholder relationships, collect requirements, and create high-quality plans, templates, and registers.
- Expertise in service design, service management, and transition processes.
- Strong knowledge of ICT service management frameworks and processes.
- Relevant certifications in Service Design and technology.
Clearance Requirement
Minimum NV1 security clearance is mandatory for this role.
