We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Manager to lead construction operations on high-profile projects. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all site activities, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.
- Lead and coordinate direct site employees, subcontractors, and plant resources.
- Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Monitor and uphold construction quality, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Develop short-term work programs, manage schedules, and optimise resources.
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and workers to maintain project momentum.
- Maintain site records, including progress reports, timesheets, and compliance documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in Tier 1 or 2 Contractors.
- 5 years local experience on commercial and multi-residential construction sites
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Extensive knowledge of Australian building regulations, contracts, and WHS requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications & Certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Construction
- Trade Qualification in Carpentry
- White Card (General Construction Induction Card, Silica and Asbestos Awareness
- Builder’s Licence/Registration (ACT/NSW)
- WHS Certification (e.g., Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety).
- First Aid & CPR Certification
