• Supporting the delivery of residential construction projects within the capital works programs.
• Working on multiple projects ranging from single dwelling and duplex developments through to small-scale, multi-unit developments
• Being involved in all stages of project delivery including procurement and the preparation of tender documentation, design review and sign-off, and construction project management.
• Provide daily guidance to more junior staff members and undertake quality assurance for all briefing notes and data provided to the Manager, Strategy & Portfolio Development and Director of Property.

About the ideal candidate:

You will have worked in a similar role, and ideally have the following:

• Experience in successfully managing the delivery of low and medium-density residential construction projects is essential.
• Current Drivers license
• Strong stakeholder management
• Government experience is preferred but not essential
