The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all stages of development, including project planning and construction for a major property developer in Southeast Asia.

You will lead all aspects of shop lot development projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope. Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet design, safety, and quality standards.

You will need to be proficient in the following areas:

• Strategic Leadership and Planning
• Project Management and Development Oversight
• Construction Monitoring and Quality Assurance
• Shop Lots Management and Body Corporate Oversight
• Financial Management and Performance Analysis
• Compliance and Risk Management
• Team Leadership and Development

To be considered for this role you will ideally have the following qualifications and experience (desirable):

• A bachelor's degree in construction management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Proven experience as a Senior Construction Manager, demonstrating successful project delivery.
