Minimum 5+ years breach reporting or insurance experience
Tertiary qualifications in Law, Business or other relevant discipline.
Proven ability to interpret and apply legislation, regulations and industry codes.
Ability to take a leading role in incident management and apply complex regulatory law, regulations and industry codes.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven decision-making skills.
Proven analytical and critical thinking capabilities to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgment and solutions.
Managing change - ability to recognise, understand and support the need for change and anticipate the impact on the team and the individual.

Responsibilities:

Working with the business to manage incidents through their lifecycle, including investigation, reporting to regulators. Prepare analysis of incident reporting with insights for internal stakeholders.
Provide quality and timely compliance advice to internal stakeholders.
Provide guidance and mentoring to the compliance monitoring team.
Provide compliance education and awareness for the Group, supporting an embedment of compliance management across the Group.
Review and approve collateral as a compliance subject matter expert.
Participate in various projects as a compliance subject matter expert, providing compliance advice and approval as required.
