We are seeking a skilled Commercial Pricing Specialist for our client, a leading Global insurer in the home & auto insurance sector. This role focuses on ensuring that cost control tools, processes, and reporting align with market conditions and group strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish standardized cost benchmarks for performance analytics.
• Collaborate with Strategic Commercial teams to support building cost control strategies.
• Monitor market rates to keep pricing competitive and in line with benchmarks.
• Maintain up-to-date building prices and approved rates in the catalog.
• Calculate the impact of pricing updates.
• Continuously monitor usage and adherence to agreed quoting methodologies and catalog in line with specified governance.
• Provide data-driven insights to assist leadership in managing costs and builder performance.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in property claims or 3+ Years construction cost data and market knowledge
• Strong knowledge of home insurance products.
• Proficiency in data analytics and Excel.
• Collaborative mindset with great communication skills
