As the Insurance Coordinator, you will report into the Insurance Manager and work closely with them to manage the organisation's insurance coverage. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the organisation’s corporate insurance portfolio across a range of different areas including property, construction, public liability, professional indemnity and industrial special risk (ISR).
• Assisting with insurance renewals and broker tender processes.
• Overseeing queiries regarding policies and adequacy of coverage.
• Liaising with external brokers and claims assessors, ensuring accurate database updates and information transfer.
• Ad hoc contribution to insurance procurement processes.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience as an account executive/broker, relationship manager or claims specialist in a commercial insurance environment, ideally within either construction, property or utilities.
• Knowledge of at least some of public liability, construction, property, professional indemnity and ISR insurance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
