About the Role
As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic business development and maintaining strong customer relationships across your territory. Managing a broad portfolio of rapid diagnostic solutions, you will play a key role in expanding market presence and delivering high-quality healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a group of customers to achieve designated sales targets
Develop profitable business with new and existing customers
Apply detailed product knowledge and a strong understanding of the client’s business
Drive direct and indirect sales, meeting and exceeding targets
Regularly monitor sales performance against assigned budgets and take corrective action as needed
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Ensure clients receive high-quality customer service
Maintain Salesforce.com opportunities and activities as required
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field
2+ years of sales experience in a commercial healthcare environment (POC diagnostics experience is highly desirable)
A hunter mentality, eager to engage with customers and close deals
A strategic mindset with the ability to identify new business opportunities and drive market growth
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel
