Randstad Digital is currently working with a well-known Government Department to find a Cloud Transformation Change Lead to join a high-performing team delivering a Cloud Transformation Project for a 6 month contract with the opportunity to extend. The role will be working across the Cloud Transformation Leadership team, where you will work with the Technical Delivery, Service Integration, Architecture and Operational Stream leads to achieve project success.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the highest level of change consultancy services to clients ensuring accuracy and consistency and meeting demands created by conflicting priorities and client expectations by building and fostering trusting relationships.
- Develop and implement communications and engagement strategies, plans, and materials to influence and engage leaders from across the organisation.
- Work with internal partners across the department to identify capability gaps and training options and/or solutions as part of the change programs.
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure cultural and/or human resource considerations and other organisational activities considered as part of change processes and initiatives.
- Prepare complex high-quality correspondence, briefs, submissions and reports as required, including reporting on organisational change processes and/or compliance.
- Support business change activities including advice on the development change project plans, communications plans, stakeholder maps, training plans, resistance management plans and roadmaps.
Necessary Skills:
- 5+ years, in leading transformational change for Cloud (Azure and AWS) across large ICT environments, including proven experience in bringing customers on the journey, management and resolving complex issues in a collaborative and transparent way, building customer confidence and trust in delivery to maximise service uptake.
- Any experience where services have been on an opt-in rather than mandatory basis will be highly regarded.
- Proven ability to design and develop innovative resources and solutions, which consider contemporary change management practices and approaches, and user experience in the design process.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to understand, interpret and present data and information, and engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
- High level research, conceptual, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills and an ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities in a complex environment.
