Are you an experienced leader looking for their next career challenge? We have an exciting opportunity within the aged care and community sector to join a compassionate and supportive team in Canberra.
The role is a fixed 12-month contract with the possibility to extend and great opportunities for career progression within the organisation. As Clinical Compliance & Quality Lead, you will be reporting directly to the General Manager and responsible for overseeing direct clinical service delivery across the home care sites, ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality standards and providing excellent leadership in risk management and continuous improvement.
This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has a strong background in compliance, governance and leadership, and is looking for their next challenge within the aged and community sector.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is essential with current AHPRA registration
- Experience working within aged care or community setting is desirable
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience within a managerial position, as well as clinical governance and compliance with knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
- Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills
- Full Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle is essential as role includes travel to various service locations across Canberra
- Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) check is essential
