As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide advanced clinical care and supervision to nursing teams, ensuring best practice standards are met. This role requires a nurse with a broad range of specialist skills who can support continuity of care, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and mentor staff.
You will play a key role in patient assessments, annual staff performance appraisals, ANN-ACC advising and documentation, and collaborative care planning, ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care in a safe and supportive environment.
About you?
- Bachelor of Nursing
- AHPRA Registration (No Restrictions)
- Full Australian Working Rights
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Current Police Check & NDIS Work Screening Check
- Current Influenza & Covid vaccinations
