As Clinical Manager, reporting directly to the Facility Manager, you will lead the daily clinical and direct client care operations and ensure robust governance. Your key responsibilities include overseeing monitoring systems for optimal clinical governance and:
- Providing expert clinical guidance
- Leading and developing clinical and direct care teams
- Driving innovative care delivery and service enhancements
- Ensuring client care needs and outcomes are consistently met
- Cultivating strong internal and external relationships
- Championing continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintaining the facility's compliance with all accreditation standards
Supported by 24/7 Clinical and Registered Nurse coverage, you will be instrumental in fostering a person-centered care culture.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional clinical leadership and support to the direct care team.
- Champion a culture of service excellence focused on enhancing client wellbeing and lifestyle.
- Oversee and monitor the delivery of care and lifestyle support, ensuring services align with individual needs, are regularly evaluated, and comply with policies and regulations.
- Contribute to maintaining optimal facility occupancy.
- Manage ACFI processes, monitoring, and related business activities.
- Implement innovative care and service solutions within budget parameters.
- Collaborate with the Facility Manager on business planning and strategic direction.
- Support the monitoring of staff performance and skill development needs.

What You'll Bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Health Science (Nursing) or equivalent Nursing qualifications.
- Desirable: Formal postgraduate qualifications in management and/or business.
- Proven experience in a clinical leadership and management role.
- Comprehensive understanding of the aged care sector and its clinical management requirements.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills for effective use of systems.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (to be obtained within one month of commencement).
- Vaccination against Influenza and at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
